Jennifer K. Owens completed her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2000 and her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1997. After graduating law school, Ms. Owens was the senior attorney law clerk for two Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justices, W.H. “Dub” Arnold and Betty C. Dickey, who was the first female Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice. While at the Arkansas Supreme Court, Ms. Owens worked in areas such as Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Employment Law, Juvenile Law, and Contract Law. She remains involved in the Arkansas Bar Association.
 
Jennifer joined Remington College as a Criminal Justice Instructor at the end of 2005 and became Criminal Justice Department Chair in 2007. In June 2008, was promoted to Director of Education - Remington College Little Rock Campus
 
In addition to serving as a CASA Board Member, he is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock, serves as a Commissioner for the City of Little Rock’s Arts and Culture Commission, and was selected for the XXV Silver Class of the Leadership Greater Little Rock through the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Todd L. Griffin is the owner and founding attorney of the Law Offices of Todd Griffin, PLLC, an Arkansas firm with the primary focus of handling personal injury cases on behalf of injured Arkansans, including but not limited to motor vehicle accident cases, tractor/trailer accident cases, wrongful death cases, medical malpractice cases, nursing home cases and products liability cases.  Griffin has been a practicing attorney for over twenty years in the area of personal injury law.
 
Griffin graduated from historic Central High School in Little Rock. Griffin has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and has a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Griffin has passed the Bar Exams of Arkansas, Delaware and Texas and is licensed in those states to practice law. 
 
Griffin is proud to be a Board Member of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children who have been adjudicated dependent/neglected. As an attorney, Griffin strongly believes in CASA’s mission and the needs it fills. 
 
Griffin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping, canoing, golfing, and attending Arkansas Razorback sporting events

 
Yolanda Hugg

Yolanda Hugg has a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. At MetLife Financial Services, she works as the Agency Recruiting Director and is currently a member of Arkansas Business Publishing Group’s 2009 “Women to Watch”, First Circle Member of City Year, Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, and Women in Networking of Central Arkansas. Huggs has participated in the Arkansas Federation of Young Republicans as the Communications Director and as a National Committeewoman. Throughout the past several years, Huggs has been a part of a plethora of organizations including Arkansas Choral Society, Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Arkansas Young Professionals Network, Ronald McDonald House golf classis, Generation Zoo, Youth Home, Inc., and Junior League of Little Rock.  She enjoys music, college football, fundraising, volunteering, politics and cooking.
